PSI Published Subject Identifier
In topic maps topics are identified via several mechanisms, the most robust of which being a URI that references a resource that unabiguously describes the subject for which the topic is a proxy.
This project has defined a set of PSIs for all the core topic and association types. It is a goal of this project to publish resources describing each subject.
